***UPDATED 5/4/21I wore this skirt for the first time a few weeks ago, and decided the extra large was way too big (I've lost a little weight through the pandemic). I wanted to get a medium, and there were none available in the off white, so I ordered the small. It's a little tight (shows my curves), but not terribly. And I tend to wear looser tops with my tight skirts, so this is going to work fine. For reference, I'm 5'3", weight around 135 lbs, and I have about a 30" waist, and 39-40" hips.I bought this skirt in mid-calf off white. It is very close to white, which is what I wanted for the summer. I ordered an extra large, although I would ordinarily wear a medium. Having read other reviews, I was afraid a large might be too tight. This skirt fits fine, and if I lose any weight, I may have to take it up a bit. It is slightly see through. I tried it on with dark colored underwear, and you could see the color slightly. I’ll probably wear long shirts with the skirt, or wear yoga leggings underwear with it. Either way, not a deal breaker.The fabric feels slightly more cotton-y than I was expecting, but I like that. Plenty of stretch, which makes it comfortable. Not too clingy, and not too loose.All in all, really happy that I hit this skirt. Once the pandemic is a thing of the past and I start wearing real clothes (ie., skirts, dresses) again, I think I’ll get a lot of great use out of it.
